Reliable protection for heavily stressed gears

Practical benefits

Molykote 165 LT lubrication: You protect heavy-duty open gears from extreme friction using solid lubricants that actively reduce surface pitting.
Strong adhesion under stress: The formula clings firmly to metal gear flanks at peripheral speeds up to 2.5 m/s, even in harsh weather.
Long-lasting corrosion defence: You prevent rust and premature wear on transmission gears and threaded spindles to extend equipment service life.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With Molykote 165 lt gear grease, you reliably protect heavily loaded open gears, transmissions, and metal spindles from extreme friction and premature wear. Solid lubricants actively reduce pitting on gear tooth flanks, while integrated adhesion improvers ensure strong bonding at peripheral speeds up to 2.5 m/s. Formulated without lead or nickel, this grease performs consistently across an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +120 °C and provides long-lasting defence against corrosion and weather, keeping your heavy machinery running smoothly for longer.
